The school believes in a mentor-mentee approach. Under this system, all students are divided among different faculty members who act as their mentor. Each mentor discusses with each mentee on a face-to-face communication method, wherein situations and issues pertaining to their academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are discussed in detail.
